Submissions > Instructions to authors

Authors are invited to submit their original research in response to the call for papers. Contributions can take the form of either a scientific paper or a poster.

For scientific papers:

• The topic must align with the themes of the conference sessions.
• Papers can be written in either French or English.
• The length is limited to a maximum of 8 pages.

For posters:

• All topics related to e-Health are welcome.
• Posters should be between 2 and 4 pages in length.

Templates for submission are available in Word and LaTeX formats.

Accepted papers will be published in the open archive HAL, subject to the authors' approval.

Additionally, authors of selected contributions will be invited to submit an extended version of their papers to the special issue of the international journal IRBM (Innovation and Research in BioMedical Engineering) dedicated to this conference.
